FramArt Store Inc - Custom Framing Info

For those of you outside the Rockwall Texas area (and for those of you in the area who can't get to us for some reason) we can still be your custom picture framers. Just follow these simple steps:

Collect the picture(s) or item(s) you want framed and mail them to us (FramArt Store, 583 I-30, Rockwall, Tx, 75087) along with this information:

(for pictures) if matting is needed, pick out one color in the picture for us to match with a mat color (for a double mat, pick out two colors and tell us which one should go on top)
(for memorabilia) tell us what color backing you want. Idea: if you have a piece of fabric (could be a baby blanket, someone's shirt or dress, curtain, etc) this could be used as a backing to mount the memorabilia onto
do you want a wood or metal frame? (wood is recommended for memorabilia because we can manipulate the depth better than metal)
state the color and style of frame (whether you want traditional or contemporary, ornate or plain)
if a frame's overall measurement needs to be within a specific size, be sure to tell us that size
be sure to include your name, address, and your email address because........

When we receive your picture(s) or item(s) and all of the required information, we will pick out at least 3 different ways of framing (A, B, or C). We'll take a digital picture of the frame and mats and email them to you.
You can then choose the framing treatment you want - call us at 1-800-677-0528 or 972-722-6499- and tell us either A, B, or C. We'll then tell you the cost + a fixed shipping amount (a picture 24x36 or less is from $5 to $15 for packing and shipping). Anything larger or for something 'out of the ordinary', the packing and shipping charges will have to be figured later.
We will need a credit card (M/C or Visa) for payment. Your credit card will be charged 1/2 of total price at time of order and the remainder will be charged at time of shipment.
If you would like to pay by cash or money order, we would need payment for the full amount sent to us at the time of order.
Please allow 2 weeks for completion of the framing order. Custom framing takes time (especially shadowboxes for memorabilia) and we want to be able to do the very best job for you so that you can be proud of it and want to show it off to everyone you know. We've even had some of our customers cry when they saw what a beautiful job we did on framing their most precious treasures.
